Based on the National Science and Technology Major Project "Demonstration and Application of Precise Horizontal Machining Center Spindle Box Production Line", taken shortening production line founded period as the goal, the report takes research on scheme design of precise horizontal machining center spindle box production line, including scheme planning, equipment configuration and management, virtual simulation and optimization. And the general production line scheme design platform is developed according to the scheme design program. The main works is as follows:According to the design requirements, processing time and auxiliary time, the beat of production line was analyzed, and the number of the station was determined. Aimed to balance the load of each station, process route planning mathematical model was built, the Genetic Algorithm was used to optimize allocation plan. And taking precise horizontal machining center spindle box production line as an example, a better position allocation scheme is determined.Study on the state space theories of parts machining process and equipment processing capacity, the conclusion that the state transformation matrix of part based on the initial state is equipment processing capacity on the part was concluded, the state space method of machining equipment selection was proposed, and the equipment of the four stations was selected by this method. Research on fixture coding system and fixture library information utilization, fixture codes and process resource matching model was established. Study on fixture and tool management process, management flow chart was drawn, so lay the foundation for production line scheme design platform development. Combined with the enterprise's own design ability, logistics system of precise horizontal machining center spindle box production line was configured. According to the selected machining equipment and configured logistics system, the production line layout was completed and the plane layout diagram was obtained, which provides the basis for the manufacture and installation of the production line.Combined with the scheme planning and equipment configuration, the model of the production line was established based on Flexsim software, improvement scheme was improved by simulation and analysis results, then the new scheme model was established and simulated until get better and reasonable production line scheme.The general production line scheme design platform was developed according to the scheme design program of precise horizontal machining center spindle box production line. It realizes scheme planning, equipment configuration and management, virtual simulation and optimization, improved the design efficiency and shortened development cycle of production line.
