Seepage problem of construction is the key factor that affect the durability and service life of architecture,which seriously affects the safety of structures,bring safety hazards,damage to property and life inconvenience Polymer cement waterproof coating have the following advantage: easy for use,possession of not only good flexibility and waterproof properties but also high strength,high toughness,durability,low cost advantages,non-toxic,tasteless and environmental friendly,etc.Preparation high elastic polymer cement waterproof coating with VAE and XL-402 emulsion in this paper,respectively.Research of various dosage of additive and different varieties and amount of the polymer emulsion on the performance of the waterproof coating.Study on the failure mechanism and stabilizer mechanism of waterproof coating after thermal,water immersion,alkali and ultraviolet aging treatments.(1)Impact of content of additive on performance of polymer cement waterproof coatingPreparation waterproof coating based on vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer(VAE)emulsion and Portland cement as the main raw material.Orthogonal experiment designed to optimize the ratio of various additives in polymer cement waterproof coating formula.Explore influence of the dosage of film-forming agent,dispersing A,dispersant B,waterproofing agent and plasticizer on the tensile strength and fracture elongation of waterproof coating.Experimental study shows that the tensile strength and fracture elongation of waterproof coating are 1.96 MPa and 271.22%when adding 4.5 wt% film-forming agent,0.25 wt %dispersant A,0.3wt% dispersant B,1.0 wt % waterproofing agent and 2.5 wt % plasticizer which meet the requirements of GB/T 23445-2009 type II waterproof coating standards.(2)Impact of species and dosage of polymer emulsion on performance of polymer cement waterproof coatingAnalysis the structural of VAE and XL-402 emulsion with Fourier infrared spectrometer(FTIR).And testing of the two emulsion's technical indicators.The results show that the non-volatile matter content of VAE emulsion is low and water absorption is above the standard.Research different content of emulsion on physical and mechanical properties of polymer cement waterproof coating based on VAE and XL-402 emulsion,respectively.Experiment shows that the tensile strength and fracture elongation of waterproof coating are1.91 MPa and 301.27% when the content of VAE emulsion(the ratio of poly)is 11:9;the tensile strength and fracture elongation of waterproof coating are 2.26 MPa and 231.59% when XL-402 emulsion's content is 10:9 and packing quality is 334.29 g,respectively.SME observes the density of surface morphology of waterproof coating formed with different content of emulsion,and tested its imperviousness.It shows the surface of the polymer cement waterproof coating is compact and uniform structure,good imperviousness.(3)Impact of dosage of antiager RD on performance and durability of polymer cement waterproof coatingPreparation of high performance polymer cement waterproof coating with different content of 2,4-trichlorobenzene-trimethyl-1,2-2 hydrogenated quinoline polymer(RD).To determine the better content of RD by SEM and universal tensile testing machine.the tensile strength and fracture elongation of waterproof coating are1.98 MPa and 198.09% When the content of RD is 1.5%.Analysis changes of mechanical properties and surface morphology of samples which without adding and best dosage of RD after alkali,water immersion,thermal and ultraviolet aging treatment.
