Suzuki coupling reaction is widely used in the synthesis of polyene hydrocarbon and biphenyl derivatives because of its strong adaptability to substrate and functional groups.In order to enhance the dispersion and activity of the catalyst,the metal particles were often loaded to other materials.Ordered mesoporous carbons were successfully used to be a catalyst support with narrow mesopore size distributions,high specific surface areas and opening channels.In this dissertation,catalysts of doped mesoporous carbon loaded with palladium nanoparticles have been synthesized,and its catalytic activity and recyclability towards the Suzuki reaction has been explored.This paper mainly includes the following three parts:Firstly,The width of freestanding SBA-15 rods has been readily and successfully regulated by altering the stirring power during the synthesis.A higher stirring rate produced SBA-15 rods with larger width.Then the size of CMK-3 rods was simply adjusted through the duplication of different-sized of SBA-15.The results show that,the larger CMK-3 has higher specific surface area and pore volume,which led to a higher adsorption capacity and a faster adsorption rate.It is believed that the synthetic method reported here is powerful for us to develop a more useful mesoporous carbon,which can be use for the application in water purification and catalysis.Secondly,the doped mesoporous carbon materials have been synthesized by using mesoporous silica materials of SBA-15 as a template with ammonium hydroxide and hydrazine hydrate as the nitrogen source,thiophene as the sulfur source,ammonium dihydrogen phosphate as the nitrogen and phosphorus source,added in the process ofimpregnation,and chose the best one to be the catalyst support for the subsequent reaction.Thirdly,catalysts of metal nanoparticles supported on the sulfur doping mesoporous carbon,nitrogen and phosphorus co-doping mesoporous carbons have been synthesized with impregnation,and the catalytic performence of the mesoporous materials towards Suzuki coupling reaction has been tested.The result shows that catalysts not only have higher activity,but also have better stability compared with Pd@CMK-3.This work provides a new way to improve the cycling stability of supported catalysts.
