The traditional coating consume lots of energy which need curing at high temperature.However, UV-curing has the future of ‘5E', efficient, energy saving, economical,environmental friendly and enabling, which is a new technology of environmental protection,energy-saving. Fluorinated acrylate by UV-curing has the high gloss, high hardness of acrylate and the hydro-oleophobic of fluorine-containing groups at the same time, it shows the prospect of widely use in UV-curing. Although fluorine-containing coating has many excellent characters, it's difficult to washing due to the oil fouling is absorbed in coating surface by capillary action. So for the defect, we synthesized a series of fluorine-containing monomers, which has highly reactive. Next, that which react with PEA,and prepare a hydrophobic / oleohobic- hydrophilic switch UV-curing coating.We synthesized a series of fluorine-containing monomers, which has highly reactive. The structure and properties of the monomers were characterized by infrared spectrometer(IR),nuclear magnetism resonance(NMR), differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and therm ogravimetry(TG). And it's applied in UV-curing component to do the hydrophobic /olephobic and other combination property. The specific research content as follows:? Fluorinated acrylate with different fluorine-containing groups was synthesized by acrylation of the pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA) and hexafluoropropylene oxide(HFPO)oligomer. The structure of product(PETA-HFPO oligomer) was characterized by IR, NMR.? UV-curing: PEA oligomer as matrix resin, PETA-HFPO oligomer as modified monomer, and select proper photoinitiator. The basic condition of UV-curing is that lighting time is 30 s, optimal photoinitiator is IR1173, the dosage of photoinitiator is 2 wt%.? Thermal properties: The decomposition temperature of PEA is 314?. The deco-mposition temperature is increasing by the increase of fluorine content. PEA-PETA H FPO dimer?PEA-PETA HFPO trimer?PEA-PETA HFPO tetra is 319??321??326? respectively.The dosage of PETA-HFPO oligomer was determined by contact angle(CA) contest.The optimum dosage is 0.4 wt%. At the moment, water-CA is 110.1°, hexadecane-CA is 80.3°.So it shows the properties of hydrophobic / olephobic. While contacted with water, the surface was switched to hydrophilic in a few minutes, a significant decrease of water contact anglesfrom 110.1 to 19.5 within 10 min was observed. And the switch of hydrophobic to hydrophilic is reversible.The Chemical Resistance of 25?m film thickness is bad, and the wipe degree of acetone resistant of 500?m film thickness is greater than 50?m.Adhesion force contest: glass 5 class, cement 1 class, board 0 class, PVC 0 class.
