The Echnical Support And Related Policy Research On The Construction Of The First Demonstration Area Of Ecological Civilization In Jiangxi Province

In order to promote an reasonable ecological civilization construction orderly, China implemented the ecological civilization first demonstration area construction and development strategy. In November 2014, the national six ministries and commissions(development and Reform Commission, Ministry of finance, Ministry of land and resources, Ministry of water resources, Ministry of agriculture, the State Forestry Administration) formally approved The eco civilization in Jiangxi Province the first demonstration area construction implementation plan, marking the eco civilization first demonstration zone construction rose into the national strategy in Jiangxi Province, which is the first national strategy throughout the Whole Jiangxi province. In October 2015 the eighteenth session of the fifth plenary session established five concepts for development including green development, these provides a good theoretical basis and practical basis for me to carry out related research and writing.In this paper, according to the ecological civilization and green development, I would research the technologicl supports and relevant policies based on the scientific and reasonable construction of ecological civilization in Jiangxi province first demonstration area to the demonstration area construction. This paper includes the following contents: the first part is the introduction, it describes the purpose, the research status at home and abroad, and the methods and significances; the second part makes reasonable definition and analysis of related concepts; the third part analyzes conditions and constraints of the ecological civilization in Jiangxi province first demonstration area construction; the fourth part illustrates the necessity and main support in Jiangxi Province demonstration area of ecological civilization construction technology; the fifth part describes the main aspects Jiangxi province first demonstration zone of ecological civilization construction and technical support task; the sixth part demonstrates several issues in the construction technology and policy of ecological civilization demonstration zone in Jiangxi Province. The seventh part elaborated the choices in Jiangxi province first demonstration zone of ecological civilization construction.Through the study, it establishs a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept and provides an important technical support and policy guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization; it is conducive to search the useful practices for promoting the concept of "green development" smoothly; it can create a Jiangxi model of Beautiful China for the national ecological civilization construction to accumulate new experiences and provide new inspirations.
