Small blending unit is the main equipment of increasing oil field production.It is one of the core pieces of equipment in the fracturing of complete sets of equipment.Its purpose is to continuously mix quartz sand and liquid guanidine gum according to the required density,and discharges the mixed liquid into a fracturing truck by one pump.Small blending unit is mainly composed of multiple systems which include: power,the fluid feeding,sand transport,mixing,discharge,electric control,data acquisition and display.The fluid feeding system,sand transport system,mixing system,discharge system adopt hydraulic drive,and go through sensor system to collect the corresponding load information.Respectively,these systems form a scale or closed loop control system.The stable speed of the hydraulic system controlling hydraulic motor creates a sufficient amount of fluid to the volume's constancy for sediment runoff wen mixed evenly.In this paper I will discuss the design and analysis for small blending unit hydraulic system and several main aspects of this machine in this paper.It will summarize the features of fracturing blender trucks based the analysis of the present situation and current trends of blender truck development,through market research,analyze the functions and features of the small blending unit,and the advantages of the hydraulic system control.According to the using requirements of small blending unit,analyze the force of the load and the movement forms on the fluid feeding system,sand transport system,mixing system,discharge system.Through the analysis of the system load features;complete the design and calculation of hydraulic drive system,including the transmission scheme,a selection of main components and determination of parameters.For small blending unit,control features of hydraulic control system analyzed,the results show that,pump selected constant pressure variable pump,hydraulic motor chose quantitative piston motor can improve the stability of the system.The speed stability of the load can be determined by selecting proportional multiple valves.In the system pressure pulsation can be reduced effectively by increasing the accumulator.The WinCC software is used to simulate small blending unit,the stability of the hydraulic control system can be determined from stable running of small blending unit.Simulation results show that the system stability is good and has a proportional speed control precision and that the accumulator can well control the pressure pulsation of this system.Through the effect of the implementation of the system of inspection,the system has been basically completed of.Therefore,research in this paper has a certain practical significance and application value.
