| As metallurgical equipment, lead electrolysis negative washing and drawing out rod set washes and does drawing out rod of lead negative plate formed after lead electrolysis, which successfully separates copper rod with negative plate and reduces labor intensity. Set conveyor is equipment in the set for conveying cathode continuously. On one hand, it should guarantee constant speed for each cathode conveying so as to satisfy productivity requirements. On the other hand, it should maintain a stable conveying speed to prevent cathodes from falling down. This thesis presents the introduction of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology in conveyor speed control system to guarantee actual speed control and adjustment, meanwhile to eliminate hydraulic actuator's familiar creep and theoretical basis relaying to electro-hydraulic proportional speed control technology. Thus, the researching in this thesis is worth of theory researching and being spread in related industry.The motion characteristics of conveyor step and the speed control system in the generation of vibration during startup have been analyzed based on structural analysis in this thesis, which is because the acceleration of the boot process due to too large. The speed detection system has been built using microcontrollers, optical encoder and the computer component, and the scene in the production of experimental research on the analysis of the data obtained and theoretical analysis of the same conclusion.The step conveyor is always working in start and stop, high acceleration and low speed conditions. So the hydraulic motor can always work in constant torque, to achieve precise control of stepper speeds.Volume Control is designed based on the speed control system, the system consists of dosing pumps, variable hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinder and valve control system structure, by adjusting the variable valve control system of hydraulic cylinder displacement hydraulic motor to control the hydraulic motor output torque moment, the ultimate aim to control the motor speed.The choice of this speed control key components - electromagnetic proportional valve performance test, based on the composition of the analysis of all aspects of the system, the establishment of a mathematical model of the design system. Step conveyor according to the actual structure, to determine the parameters of the model and simulation using MATLAB software for research, simulation results show that the system stability is good, but the low response rate, not as a step conveyor speed control system.Using PID control method is proposed to correct the system. A system optimum model expectation has been the initial scope of PID parameters, and use trial and error by the corresponding PID parameters. Simulation results show that the electro-hydraulic speed control system has better control performance to meet the lead electrolysis step conveyor work requirements and achieve better speed control performance. |
