Environmental monitoring is the basis for environmental protection of chemical industry, its purpose is to provide the scientific basis for decision-making on environmental protection. Current environmental monitoring facing monitoring points spread, wiring difficulties and weaknesses such as real-time, in order to solve the shortcomings of this study, designed based on wireless sensor networks (Wireless Sensor Networks, WSN) remote and real time monitoring system for chemical air environment. The system of main function is:distribution in chemical plant regional of sensor node collection air environment parameter, through base station transmission data to central control room of data center for real-time processing and analysis, remote Terminal user can through Internet achieved on air quality clock of real-time monitoring, and on pollution, burst event and environment sharply changes by effect of regional of air environment status real-time alarm, for air pollution of control provides decision support.Wireless sensor networks will not only overcome the low reliability of the environmental monitoring system, and new monitoring feature, nicely solves the problem of chemicals environmental monitoring, in harsh conditions, and adhere to environmental monitoring and event tracking shows a great deal of value. Currently most of WSN is by some with battery of sensing node composition, In order to reduce the power consumption of wireless sensor networks, extension of their normal life cycle, this article on the basis of clustering technology. Based on the clustering technology based on balanced load using the optimal and reduce energy consumption, while presented as optimal cluster distribution and maximum energy based on multi-path routing algorithm for path selection (ECME). In this routing scenario based on cluster-head selection for route improvements take the appropriate threshold of cluster heads and get the transmission path's total maximum energy to make the best path selection criteria for optimal routing assignments. According to some object in the environment the environmental parameters in the operations tend to be very popular in the monitor, so the nodes in the network will be deployed in your environment to integrate sensing portion, single chip unit and part, since the group form a network, and for data transmission.By means of the configuration of a specific sensor in the sensor node, these devices can be measured not only in the field of temperature, humidity and some chemical process parameters. The system hardware consists of microprocessor MKL02, HTU21D sensors and the composition of some peripheral devices, and software from the data routing, PC users access has done a design and practical simulations to verify the feasibility of the plan.
