Coal is an important energy industry in our country.With the development of mining enterprises,the issues in coal mine safety are also increasingly prominent.As an essential safety device,mine environment monitoring system is applied to various kinds of underground environment.For today’s small and medium-sized coal,it is necessary that design a set of economic and practical and also can meet the environmental monitoring system of production safety requirements.In this paper,access to understand the status of development of underground environment monitoring system based on the front and a lot of technical articles,which is specifically designed for wireless sensor network monitoring the various environmental information is designed.This article researched from three parts:the routing algorithm, the design of hardware and software,and proves the feasibility of the system through network simulation.At present underground environment monitoring systems most use the wire connection,this connection is not only cost high,difficult for system expansion,but also have many safe hidden trouble.In view of this,this paper designed a wireless sensor network.It is a special downhole monitoring of environmental information.The network has a large number of sensor nodes,each node device is FFD,that is to say except the coordinator node,the rest of any sensor node can transmit and receive data as routing nodes when necessary.Data acquisition sensor nodes of the monitoring network is mainly responsible for the environmental parameters of various concentration of mine, such as temperature and humidity, gas concentration and carbon dioxide, oxygen,carbon monoxide gas.The collected data through simple processing of main control chip CC2431,forming a data packet according to the certain routing algorithm is transmitted to the coordinator node.Each network has only one node as the coordinator node,the node is responsible for the establishment and management of the network,and where all the data,through the communication is transmitted to PC.This paper designs the routing algorithm of the whole network through software,the data transmission mechanism, ensure the reliability of data transmission,timeliness and safety.Compared to other similar system,this system is more comprehensive downhole monitoring of various environmental parameters more accurate,and the optimization of the routing algorithms which greatly improve the transmission efficiency of the system data.This system is economical and practical,can effective improve some shortcomings existing underground environment monitoring method.It provides technical references for the future research of coal mine safety monitoring system.
