| Fan in industrial production plays an important role, when the fan failure, not only for the entire production line produced directly affect, and caused significant economic losses and even crash accident. In order to ensure the safe operation of equipment, reduce unit maintenance cost and improve the utilization rate of the equipment, the fan to carry out fault diagnosis and condition monitoring, ensure the operation of the fan good, has the significant theory and the practical significance.First of all, this paper analyzes the classification of the wind turbine, the common fault symptoms, causes and the wind turbine failure signal acquisition and analysis methods in time and frequency domain. At the same time, the basic theory of fuzzy fault diagnosis is expounded. According to a large number of diagnosis cases, the fuzzy diagnosis model of fan is established. After the fuzzy operation analysis, the diagnosis results of rotor unbalance and misalignment are obtained, which verifies the validity of the fuzzy diagnosis method.Followed by a steel-making plant, belongs to the continuous casting production line 1#, 2# two sets of axial flow fan as the research object, according to the production site of the fan fault type and the actual working conditions, respectively, arrangement of measuring points, using data acquisition analyzer for signal detection in time and frequency domain analysis, field test results preliminary judgment normal work for 1# fan and 2# fan exist unbalanced rotor and a slight misalignment medium failure. Finally, based on the experimental data of the 1# and 2# wind turbine, the fuzzy matrix is re established, and the matrix is modified to eliminate the interference components in the matrix. Through calculation analysis obtains the fuzzy diagnosis results, 1# fan running in good condition. 2# fan exists unbalance of the rotor and a slight misalignment medium failure, testing and experimental results are in good agreement and by the field maintenance test confirmed and proved that the fuzzy theory applied to the fan fault diagnosis has a definite reliability and practicability. |
