As a kind of bulk material conveying equipment with simple structure,convenient maintenance and strong conveying capacity,the belt conveyor has been widely used in coal mine,chemical industry,metallurgy,electric power,food,port and other industries.However,there are still many failures in the actual production of the conveyor,resulting in unplanned downtime.Therefore,through the analysis and research of belt conveyor fault diagnosis,it is of great significance to improve the safe and reliable production of coal mines,metallurgy and other industries.In order to study the type and cause on the failure of the belt conveyor,according to the mechanical system and control system of the belt conveyor,the fault types and their influencing factors of each component of the belt conveyor are analyzed and studied.In order to optimize the traditional state signal data acquisition system,a data acquisition system suitable for belt conveyor fault diagnosis is designed,including data detection system and data transmission system.According to the existing data acquisition system of the belt conveyor,a state monitor supporting Zigbee wireless transmission mode is developed,and the filter circuit of the state monitor is designed and verified by using the table lookup method and MultiSim circuit simulation software to improve the anti-mixing ability of the status monitor.Using the wireless transmission technology,the data transmission system supporting Zigbee wireless transmission mode is studied.In order to explore the fault diagnosis method applicable to belt conveyor,based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory and mechanical vibration analysis theory,combined with the fault type and fault symptom of belt conveyor,a fuzzy comprehensive diagnosis model and vibration analysis diagnostic models for belt conveyor fault diagnosis is established.In order to apply the diagnostic model of the belt conveyor to practice,the traditional configuration monitoring system was optimized by using King View configuration software.The fault diagnosis system was developed and developed based on the GUI visualization interface of Matlab.Matlab implements the algorithm and combines DDE dynamic data exchange technology to realize cross-platform data sharing.
