The vacuum distillation of crude oil,as the leading technology in oil refining and chemical engineering,is regarded as the basis of crude oil deep processing.The vacuum distillation device is in large need of oil refining enterprise,which accounts for 20%~30% of all energy consumption.So the technological operation decides the petroleum process,directly affects the comprehensive economic benefits of the oil refining enterprises and the energy utilization rate of the oil resource.Because of the continuous mining of the oil recource,the crude oil has been in poor quality.As the changing of the oil porperty,the parameter in the process operation of the original production device should be adjusted at any time in order to meet the existing operational requirements.So the oil refining enterprises should see the optimization of process operation,the improvement for the yield of oil products and the reducing of energy consumption as the common goal so as to adapt to the flexible processing of the qualitative change and suit the capacity expansion revamping of the vacuum distillation devices.The simulation and optimization of chemical process can provide corresponding theoretical basis and operation platform to achieve the goal.It can also provide theoretical reference for the actual production many times,solve the problems and creat large economic benefit.This article uses the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS to simulate the process of vacuum distillation in order to meet the requirements of the oil deep processing.Compared with the practical parameters in production process,it has been proved that Aspen HYSYS has higher procuction and application value to the simulation of crude vacuum distillation process.The following conclusion has been got through researches in this article.To plan the present technological scientifically and rationally,use the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS,based on the rating data,choose property methods,set simulating process.From the angle of the material balance data and the product Engler distillation data,compare and analyse different results,choose the most suitable property method and to set accurate simulation process,analyse the errors so as to find the suitable number of the theoretical plate.Use the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS,to research the process which affects the feed rate of vaporization ang device pull-out rate,make the crude oil operation pressure,steam flow,feed temperature and many operating parameters recovery rate and economic performance as optimization goal and conduct the simulation and optimization for the vacuum distillation device.Get the feed position of primary distillation tower,decompression tower and atmospheric tower as the optimization variables,use the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS,make the ecomonic benefit as the optimization goal so as to have the simulation and the optimization of the vacuum distillation device.Put forward improved scheme and use the process simulation software Aspen HYSYS to simulate calculation,from the angle of the energy consumption and operating cost,compared with the original primary “distillation tower-atmospheric tower-decompression tower”,analyse the advantages and disvantages,find the suitable plans and suggestions for process improvement.
