Corn is a high nutritional value of edible vegetable oil which is rich in biological active ingredients.Corn oil contains about 86% unsaturated fatty acid,including 56% linoleum acid;which is rich in vitamin E and phytosterol.Corn oil can regulate and reduce blood fat,promote cardiovascular patients healthetc.Benzopyrene is a common activity of carcinogens.GB2716-2005?The sanitary standard Of the edible vegetable oil?stipulate that benzopyrene content in edible vegetable oil in shall can not exceed 10 ?g/g.As we all know there is a close relationship between the quality of raw materials and the benzopyrene content in edible vegetable oil and plant oil improper drying conditions will make the road asphalt of benzopyrene into oil crops,at the same time,a few small refinery process can make the oil of high temperature steaming and frying,as well as the organic matter to generate benzopyrene.Therefore,the study of benzopyrene in corn oil removal process and mechanism is have great significance.This article improved the detection method of benzopyrene in corn oil,basing on the activated carbon adsorption benzopyrene in corn oil studying,a measure of the activated carbon adsorption capacity and adsorption rate of analysis,and has carried on the preliminary discussion on its adsorption mechanism.Main influential element is in the research of adsorption process: adsorption time,adsorption temperature,dosage of activated carbon,and discusses the kinetics and thermodynamics of adsorption process.Studied the mechanism of activated carbon adsorption benzopyrene in corn oil,the removal rate of activated carbon on benzopyrene are analyzed.Time,temperature,dosage of activated carbon were studied as the main influencing factors in the adsorption process,the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics in the adsorption process are discussed in this paper.Research results show that the improved method has higher stability than the national standard method,recovery rate over 90%,relative standard deviation RSD was 1.93%;The activated carbon has obvious removal effect for Benzopyrene in corn oil.We take artificial mixed benzopyrene content in 10 ?g/g right of corn oil samples,the temperature is 110 ?,dosage of activated carbon,0.3 ‰,the mixing time of 30 min conditions,basic can remove everything benzopyrene,removal rate over 99%.Exchange process dynamics in the secondary reaction kinetics,mainly for the Body liquid film diffusion control.Calculated adsorption thermodynamic parameters(0(35)G?0(35)H ?0(35)S)showed that the adsorption reaction is an endothermic and spontaneous process.
