As to the actual demand for large units condition-monitoring and the problems happened before In Puguang Gas Purification Plant, this article is to carry out researches and analysis of equipments need management, and to design system programs. Using the Internet of Things of Zigbee and other networking technology, integrated BENTLY technology, wired and wireless networking technology Round diagnostic equipment and analytical techniques, to develop a set of intelligent Compressor Predict Diagnostic System, which can be used to monitor compressor running status and to predict alarm and diagnostic analysis capabilities using the scientific and reasonable fault warning model of vibration theory. With actual cases, it can verify the system design is scientific, feasible and reliable. Meanwhile, it can meet the predictive maintenance requirements of large units for factories, and provide methods to complete device status maintenance.
