The best water extraction process of Maca and parameters as follows:(1) Weight ratio of maca and liquid is 1:20,50 ℃, time 90 min, the anti-wrinkle effect of the maca extraction is the best.(2) Weight ratio of maca and liquid is 1:20,80 ℃,90 min, the hair products using the maca extraction have the function of anti-hair loss.2. Maca aqueous extract (8# samples) oxidation resistance test result, IC50 (μl/ml)= 3.1479. manifest it has antioxidant properties.3. Maca aqueous extract effects in skin cells, making IV collagen synthesis increase 46%, integrin beta composite increased by 54%, used in skin care, anti-aging and tighten skin products.4. Maca aqueous extract has the property of protect hair follicles; it has been provide that it can compact the underlying dermis tissue collagen and can stimulate hair epithelial mitosis of sheath number increased by 36%, 169% in hair follicles; In the whole structure of the hair, mitosis increased by 74%.
