Servo adjustment technology plays an important role in improving the processing performance of CNC machine tool. This paper mainly studies the servo system adjustment technology of CNC lathe. Through the related study, the purpose of this paper is to seek the effective method to improve the processing properties of economical CNC lathe of our company. The main contents of this paper are as follows:Taking the ETC1625CNC lathe as an example, this paper introduces the main characteristics of the CNC lathe. It analyses the machining adjustment problems associated with servo that the vibration patterns and shadow of processing, circular quadrant reverse over pulse, contour accuracy deviation in high-speed machining. It summarizes several kinds of common processing problem of CNC lathes products, which related servo adjustment.This paper studies the characteristics of servo mechanical structure and adjustment method of servo assembling of the ETC1625CNC lathe. It analyses the part of CNC lathe which may brings servo problem on theory. This paper extracts and establishes one step model of the gain of servo system, it analyses the adjustment effect of the position gain parameter to the servo system. This paper extracts and establishes three steps model of servo system disturbed by spindle vibration. It studies adjustment of the servo parameter on that the outside equal amplitude without baffling vibration of impacting the servo system. This paper extracts and establishes four steps model of the servo system including servo mechanical crawling and difference axis assembly problems. It analyzes the stability of the servo system and the roots about the characteristic equations of the transfer function, and brings corresponding improve plan. Then, this paper proposes the necessity of servo parameter adjustment on theory research.On the basis of theoretical analysis, the paper starts at first researching from the individual components of the servo system, studies the parameter adjustment plan, which to the domestic CNC system using Yaskawa servo driver, and verifies the parameter adjustment effect. This paper designs the servo assembly test equipment for the actual production, introduces the principles of it. The servo assembly test equipment makes the servo mechanical assembly quantization and visualization. It improves servo mechanical assembly of the flow type CNC lathe efficiency and quality, creating economic benefit for our company.Based on the theoretical analysis and the single component research, this paper researches the servo problem which bring mismachining tolerance on the beginning part of the paper, carrying on servo mechanical assembling adjustment, and testing related adjustment effect. On this basis, in order to seek the universality, this paper using the ballbar equipment and so on, resesrches the whole servo adiuestment methord of ETC1625CNC lathe, which combing with the project of our company for this CNC lathe. This paper researches the parameter adjustment methord that bases on the hardware and software of FANUC servo guide. This paper compiles the blind adjusting manual for servo parameter adjustment. Also through sample cutting, this paper verifies the effect that mechanical adjustment and electrical parameter adjustment combined.
