Biological macromolecular drugs played an important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of a variety of diseases.Carbohydrate,protein,as a typical representative of the biological macromolecules,has become a very attractive reseach area.There are some conundrums in the pharmacokinetic studies and clinical detection of biological macromolecular because of their unique biological characteristics.Therefore it is of urgent for us to investigate a kind of high-throughput,high sensitivity,effective analytical method to analyze the biomolecule.As the development of varies of high precision instrument,many new technology have been created to broaden the access to bio analysis.On the other hand,with the strong rise of the nano materials science,it provides a better platform for the detection of biological macromolecules.In this study,we established a new method to detect chondroitin sulfate(CS)with the help of nano silver(SNPs)platform,and then we discussed the applitation of nano golden particle(GNPs)in capillary electrophoresis for the detection of proteins.Finally,according to the interaction mechanism of nano golden particle and protein,we give an in-depth study of the gold nanorods and chondroitin sulfate mutual effect mechanism.At the start,the SNPs were successfully synthesized.Then we discussed the effect of SNPs and GNPs in the quantitative analysis of CS.The SNPs surface plasma resonance spectra platform was used to detect CS.The new method was successfully applied in the detection of rat plasma.Furthermore we investigated the interference of other glycosaminoglycan in this method.In the second part,the effect of gold nanoparticles on the detection of protein separation in capillary electrophoresis was discussed;the gold nanoparticles were added to the electrophoresis buffer solution and sample solution in capillary zone electrophoresis and SDS-Mw electrophoresis with the discussion of its advantages,this study provides the theoretical basis of gold nanoparticle probes in protein separation.In this paper,finally,the phenomenon of Surface Plasmon Resonance of gold nanorods was used to research the interaction of CS and gold nanorods.We proposed the reasonable reaction mechanism according to the experimental phenomena.
