There are large amounts of harmful radioactive pollutants such as radon and its progeny in the underground uranium mine and they do harm to safety production.Ventilation system is the best effective measure to reduce radon concentration in underground mine.The requirement of uranium ventilation system is not only to dilute and eliminate underground radioactive pollutants, but also to reduce and control their precipitation rate of diffusion.In Uranium mine, ventilation system plays a crucial role to the normal mining activity, therefore,the study of the reliability of uranium ventilation system has important practicalsignificance and value to ensure safety production.In this paper,based on the triangular fuzzy theory, posbist fuzzy of series system reliability theory and membership rules, build fuzzy reliability model of underground uranium mine ventilation system,finally apply this model to the actual underground uranium mine to verify the feasibility of the model. It will provide a new theoretical method for the evaluation of uranium ventilation system reliability.First, the inference of complex system fuzzy reliability. As large and complex system, the reliability of uranium mine ventilation system meets the general reliability rule of complex systems. Based on fuzzy theory,fuzzy reliability theory and posbist fuzzy reliability theory, pushing to theexpression of series system posbist fuzzy reliability as well as parallel system posbist fuzzy unreliability and their respective membership function.Secondly, construction of uranium ventilation system reliability evaluation. Based on the characteristics of underground uranium mine ventilation system, divide the uranium mine ventilation system into three-level indicators of ventilation network subsystem, ventilation power subsystems and ventilation environment subsystems and Twelve-second indicators. And then quantify and membership function analysis to the established evaluation index system.Again, establish uranium ventilation system fuzzy reliability model.Based on the theory of complex system posbist fuzzy reliability, build a number of sub-systems fuzzy reliability and its corresponding membership function in series and parallel systems. And apply this theory to the fuzzy reliability model of uranium mine ventilation system.Establish fuzzy objective function and constraint function and its corresponding fuzzy membership function, set extreme interval of fuzzy objective function and constraint function to construct fuzzy reliability model of uranium ventilation system.Finally, according to the actual situation of the mine, construct a full fuzzy reliability model of ventilation system, use fuzzy optimization method based on membership and genetic algorithm to iterative optimization, to get different possibilities levels of reliability of optimal solutions. It will provide security data to support the upgrading of uranium ventilation system, guide significance for the management of security measures.
