Mine ventilation system is the lifeblood of mine safety production and one of the eight underground common mining systems.The system has many characteristics,such as complexity,fuzziness and dynamics,so it has important requirements for mine ventilation environment,safety of facilities and equipment,and ventilation system management.Underground mines not only have extremely high requirements on the reliability of ventilation system,but also need to ensure the life and health of operators to a certain extent.The dynamic nature of a mine indicates that the reliability of the ventilation system is changing anytime and anywhere,which leads to the complexity of tunnels and network structures in underground mines,and also affects the life safety of workers.The failure of a node of the ventilation system indicates that the reliability of the ventilation system is reduced,which affects the mining and operation of the whole mine,and also endangers the lives of the workers in the mine.Therefore,the evaluation of the reliability of ventilation system has attracted more and more attention in recent years.First of all,the necessity and prerequisite of ventilation system reliability are analyzed.According to the actual situation of B iron mine,the status quo,development mode,reliability overview of main production areas and mine ventilation system of B iron mine are expounded.Secondly,according to the characteristics of mine ventilation system,Select ventilation system environment,ventilation facility safety and ventilation system safety management as the first-level indicators.On the basis of selecting the first-level index,the second-level index is divided into 17 second-level indexes.After determining the indicators,a reliability evaluation system is constructed,and the weights are determined through the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,through the principle of evaluation methods,and comparative advantages and weakness,several evaluation methods of the reliability of ventilation system complexity and dynamic nature lead to the entire state of the mine system full of uncertainty,combined with the mine's own characteristics,it is decided to adopt fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,based on the calculation results of weight and membership degree,determine the evaluation level,find problems,and improve thereliability of the ventilation system by proposing corresponding measures for the indicators.
