Gas cabinet consists of dry,wet gas cabinet two,widely used in the coke oven,blast furnace,converter gas storage,gas storage capacity from thousands of cubic meters to hundreds of thousands of cubic meters.Due to the flammable and explosive medium run,from the operation situation of domestic gas tank in recent years,serious accidents have occurred frequently,the accident loss is huge,the accident lesson is painful,from the analysis of the cause of the accident point of view,in addition to the production management,a part from instrument systems.Therefore,how to ensure the safety operation of the gas cabinet,has become an important issue facing enterprises.This topic is the design instrument system for 20000 m3 dry type gas cabinet,including several power supply,lighting,electrical,instrumentation and automation,lightning protection and grounding,intelligent building and other aspects,according to the national standard,design manuals,pay attention to the design of safety,practicality,reliability,economy,operation to "EIC integration mode" for guiding the design,integration of the three systems as a whole,closely linked with production,the introduction of SIS safety instrumented system,applied to gas recovery,pressurized operation safety and the key control part,in order to avoid accidents or reduce accident to the equipment,personnel and environmental hazards,so that the risk of to reduce to the lowest degree,reflect the safety,reliability design.Safety of 20000 m3 dry type gas cabinet instrument system,not only from the point of the design,but also consider the construction,production,follow the "three simultaneous" principle,reflect,verify the design effect.
