As the production of coal enterprises, the conveyor belt transport distance is longer and longer, general conveyor belt several kilometers or more, the shortest also have a few hundred meters distance. Analysis of the existing optical image processing and processing method of infrared image, through the theoretical analysis and experiments show that join the line laser assisted radiation theory.Now, mine conveyor belt is generally use the built-in steel cable, the periphery of rubber steel cord conveyor belt. The characteristics of the conveyor belt is a strength, good flexibility, not easy to break. Steel cord conveyor belt how much internal root wire rope are arranged in longitudinal, this structure can ensure that the conveyor belt will not easily break, even if the transverse broken asunder the extraordinary force, wire rope will not one-off fracture, all can have a longer accident detection and processing time, the work to repair the damaged wire rope and rubber surface. But because of the built-in wire rope tied for arrangement of longitudinal structure, when in the process of material handling and conveyor belt running direction as the longitudinal damage to, on thesurface of the rubber was damaged, the built-in cable will not break, but it can make adjacent to a certain distance of the two separate rope, applying pressure once again in the tear the mouth, due to the effect of rigidity of the steel wire rope, can make the tear to further expand, on the surface of the rubber as the steel wire rope separate, resulting in a long tear accident. So far, most of the coal conveyor have happened the longitudinal tear accident of different level. For more severe tear accident, not only will due to the damage of conveyor belt caused huge economic losses, and perhaps because of conveyor belt is too long,conformity of roller device, such as conveyor caused by damage, even cause mine personnel casualties. Due to further influence the production, but also reduces the overall production efficiency, extremely serious consequences.Reasons in this paper, through introducing the mine conveyor belt tearing and comparison method on the conveyor belt longitudinal tearing technology at home and abroad, it is concluded that the existing advantages and disadvantages of various testing methods, and the result of the conveyor belt tearing and motion analysis, put forward a kind of using the principle of optical image and infrared image used in conveyor belt detection; Analysis of the existing optical image processing and processing method of infrared image, through the theoretical analysis and experiments show that join the line laser assisted radiation theory. In view of the optical image processing methods are put forward. For use in conveyor belt longitudinal tearing test, this paper proposes a new algorithm based on hough transform, the algorithm firstly through standardhough transform on the original optical image processing, using the thought of infinite differential, infinite element was carried out on the curve of refinement,get a series of short line, by examining each a short straight line slope, and the differential calculation, calculation of adjacent short straight line slope. By using the difference of the curve of change, judge the abnormal point on the tested curve, so as to realize the conveyor belt longitudinal tear test. Due to the infrared CCD imaging using temperature, this article USES the thermal imaging features,testing temperature change on the surface of the conveyor belt. Mine conveyor belt in the process of running, often due to the large materials, and the anomalous sharp metal impurities such as friction conveyor belt is damaged, in the process of friction, will produce a lot of heat, the friction area heated up fast.Infrared CCD can effectively detect the temperature variation and distribution on the surface of the conveyor belt, accurate judgment whether the abnormal friction, combined with the optical CCD detection results, make a judgment.This paper introduces the use of optical image and infrared image of conveyer belt longitudinal tear test overall scheme design, including optical detection scheme and infrared detection scheme, the upper machine through the Labview software programming, and the interface between computer and PLC controller, finally realizes the online real-time detection for the conveyer belt and the control of the conveyor.
