By reading the relevant literature, summarizing previous studies of people, a series of new indazoles, tetrazine, pyridine and pyrazole pesticides were designed and synthesized through imitating, changing and replacing group. Their structures were verified by GC-MS, NMR and other testing methods. A large number of samples which were superior to the existing varieties of pesticides were obtained by subjecting to bioassay experiments.Indazoles plant growth regulators, promote root growth and absorption of moisture, but also can accelerate the shedding of fruit and mature. By mimicking and transforming the structure of indazole ethoxy acid(ester), a series of six indazole compounds were synthesized. wherein the compounds ? and ? had a high bioassay activity. Their germination promoting rate and root growth promoting rate against wheat were higher than the corresponding reference compounds.Flufenzine which is a broad-spectrum pesticide has good effects on mites. It can kill mite eggs,larvae mites and has sterilization effect on female mites. Based on the structural characteristics of flufenzine, a series of six tetrazine compound were synthesized by changing the active groups of both sides of tetrazine rings. Wherein the compound ? and ? had a superior acaricidal effects than the contrast of flufenzine.Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic pesticides are now pesticide research and development, a focus of production, of which the most representative is an amide insecticides---Chlorantranili Prole which containing pyridine and pyrazole groups has a speedy and good insecticidal effect against vegetables, fruits, rice, cotton and other crops. It can effect not only on the adults, but also on thelarvae. Chlorantraniliprole has good biological activity, rapid insecticidal effect and long-term duration. This study designed and synthesized 13 pyridine- pyrazole and pyridine-isoxazole aromatic amides compounds. All of them were not have been reported. The biological activity were tested, most of them had activities but did not exceed chlorantraniliprole.
