Environmental Disturbance Assessment Of Mineral Resources Development And Utilization

Exploitation and utilization of mineral resources promote the economic development,but also lead to different levels of regional environmental pollution, resource depletion,ecological damage and a series of problems. In order to protect the environment, the development of the national economy can be stable, the impact on the environment should be evaluated, and the most important one is to evaluate the negative disturbance of the environment. The integrated exploration area is established, to shorten the exploration period, the realization of prospecting breakthrough to establish mineral raw material base,the development of mineral resources intensive to lay the foundation, but the integrated exploration and utilization of mineral resources development zone is also developed using multiple deposits, caused by the disturbance of local environment disturbance will cause the linear and single ore deposit into shape, the disturbance of both scope and intensity are developed using single deposit incomparable. So this paper analyzes the mechanism of mineral resources development and utilization of environmental disturbance as the breakthrough point, and constructs a model of environmental impact assessment of mineral resources development and utilization, and determines the environmental bearing capacity and environmental impact strength of two primary evaluation indicators, and using the analytic hierarchy process to carry out comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, the environmental carrying capacity is measured by the main functional area and the regional geological structure stability, and the environmental impact strength is measured by physical disturbance, chemical disturbance, structure and social economic disturbance.Finally, taking the Laizhou in Shandong area of integrated exploration area as an example, through empirical analysis that the environment of the region, strong physical impacts of mining and beneficiation disturbance intensity disturbance intensity was weak bearing capacity, chemical influence intensity is medium, the structure effect is medium,social and economic impact strength is weak, the whole of Shandong Laizhou- Zhaoyuan.The influence of the exploration area of comprehensive environment impact assessment,take reasonable measures, can make the conclusion.
