High-speed micro cutting technology with the rise of the trend of the times.It has been widely used in modern industrial production.The measurement accuracy of high speed micro cutting force is the basis of high speed micro machining.The design of a new structure force platform to meet the high speed micro cutting condition is very important.Generally, the design of force platform is based on experience and no experiment has verified its structure to reach the design goal.In this paper,a multi-objective optimization design method is adopted in this paper,dedicated to the design of the platform, the design domain of stress concentration,high inherent frequency,to interference is small can actually cutting force measurement.The main research contents and results are as follows:The design of the overall scheme of the high speed micro cutting force platform and the determination of the design method. By measuring the cutting force and vibration frequency under high speed micro cutting, the design goal of the force platform is determined.Research structure optimization method, select the topology optimization and size optimization method to optimize the design of the core part of the force platform, to determine a set of force platform design and validation program.Through the theoretical natural frequency calculation and finite element calculation and comparison of different shapes of equilateral shell, verified that the annular shell natural frequency optimal and determine the initial shape of the force platform elastic body.Then the multi objective topology optimization and size optimization are carried out to obtain a new type of elastic structure.Finally, the finite element structural analysis of the new structure is carried out to verify the design of the elastic body structure,to the interference between the calculated to meet the interference rate of less than 10% design goals.After the final optimization, the elastic body is added, and the shape structure of the platform is determined.The hammer method of making good measuring force platform modal analysis test measured the modal natural frequency values greater than 3000 Hz,and mathematical model and finite element modal analysis results comparison and validation test of accuracy.Static calibration calculated by the relationship between the load and the output voltage. It is found that the new force measuring platform has good linearity and verification test platform has good linearity, through the data calculated to interference, the interference rate less than 10%, indicating that the force measuring platform has decoupled power can.Finally through the test platform and other hardware and software to collect the composition complete cutting force acquisition system used to measure the cutting force under high speed micro cutting environment, measurement results curve smooth, continuous, verify the design of the measuring force platform to meet the high speed micro cutting environment, achieve the expected design goal.
