With the rapid development of national economy,the amount of municipal solid waste is increasing rapidly.According to the relevant data,the total amount of municipal waste in China reached 250 million tons in 2015.At the same time,about two-thirds of the cities in China are facing the dilemma of "garbage siege",which has seriously hindered the process of urbanization and economic development in China.The data on a city's population,GDP and garbage production is analysed in this paper.A binary non-linear regression model between garbage production and population as well as GDP is established by using multivariate statistical analysis method,and a linear regression model of population and GDP varying with time is built.Using the model to the relevant data of shenzhen,the population,GDP and garbage production of the city in the next seven years are predicted by programming calculation.The priority distance model for determining the waste disposal gap in each district and the weighted centroid model of the location of the new plant are established,and the model is applied to the Shenzhen implementation.In view of the present situation of waste disposal in the city,combined with the forecast of waste production in the city in 2025 given in this paper,the suggestion that three new waste incineration power plants need to be built before 2025 is put forward.At the same time,the corresponding plant scale and site selection is pointed out.Focusing on one of the proposed waste incineration power plants,the location model of logistics nodes is applied.Meanwhile,the operation information of freight transport vehicles,passenger transport vehicles,slag transport vehicles and fly ash transport vehicles are comprehensively considered.Through four schemes,the optimal location of the main plant with the lowest operation cost is calculated,which provides theoretical guidance for the overall layout of the proposed power plant.Under the guidance of the calculation results of mathematical model,the proposed power plant studied in this paper is investigated on the spot.Based on the analysis of the perennial dominant wind direction,geographical environment and traffic conditions in this place,combined with the process arrangement,site topography,environmental pollution,cleaner production,project cost and other factors,after comparison and selection of different schemes,a reasonable general layout design of the proposed power plant for waste incineration is obtained.
