Steam rotary drying technology is widely acknowledged by the gypsum industry due to its edges in the resource disposal technology of desulfurization gypsum. There is no designing criterion in China and abroad at present yet, which has been underexplored in light of its complicated heat transfer system of steam rotary dryer. Therefore, it is of great value to conduct an experimental study to testify the theoretical hypothesis on steam rotary dryer's heat transfer system.The dissertation mainly discusses the heat transfer system of desulfurization gypsum steam rotary drying technology, rotary dryer heat exchange tube, and the impact of dryer's heat transfer parameters on heat transfer. It also elaborates on the computational method of dryer's core parameters and heat transfer coefficients. Then inadequacies of the method are pointed out.A set of experimental system of steam rotation is devised to analyze the rule of desulfurization gypsum steam rotary dryer's core parameters' impact on heat transfer. The experimental principle and measurement process are discussed. And experimental equipments and meters are also demarcated.The experimental parameters of the drying technology of desulfurization gypsum are set to obtain the accurate data. And the experiment speed of the engine is identified by analyzing the gypsum particles' six states in the rotary dryer. Moreover, the procedures of lab table heat loss measurement experiment, cold-state experiment and hot-state drying experiments are designed.The desulfurization gypsum steam rotary table is employed to carry out fifty-four sets of experiments which include cold-state experiments and hot-state experiments. The impact of barrel speed, material filling rate, position of heat exchange tube, heat transfer tube on the drying technology of desulfurization gypsum system's average heat transfer coefficient and the duration of heat exchange tube on materials is delved into. The data are then classified and analyzed to gain relevant factors' impact curve on heat transfer.
