With the rapid development of the global steel market, China's iron and steel industry has made a breakthrough progress. In the field of railway transportation, how to reduce the equipment failure, find the potential failure quickly, and reduce the risk of accidents, has become the focus of railway equipment maintenance work.In China,most of the transport of iron and steel enterprises still use railway transport way, Part of railway signal control system is relay interlocking, and part is microcomputer interlocking system. And relay interlocking of railway signal control system have been unable to meet need of avoiding malfunction and safe operation to railway signal. The form of computer interlocking is required, and gradually by the part of the microcomputer interlocking towards full electronic interlocking.Through the comparison with the national railway, the dissertation analyzes the special needs of the railway signal control system in the metallurgical enterprise, established the railway signal control system structure, the redundant structure uses the 2×2 redundancy structure.Through the interlocking computing subroutine development and PLC review driver subroutine check each other, the basic railway signal interlocking functions are completed, this solves the hidden trouble that turnout cannot continue to convert to the end due to the extents occupied or rail failure, and implement the stay vehicle which is on railway station field tracks near highway and railway crossing automatic slip out of alarm function.The railway signal interlocking control system meet the needs of system security, hardware structure, software opening and so on. It can be used to improve the transportation efficiency and improve the working conditions.
