According to the relevant provisions of China's mine system underground locomotive dispatching and monitoring system is need to be established in the coal mine.This system is the “signal centralization interlocking transportation system”.At present,many coal mines in our country are paying less attention to updating their own production equipment,and the underground environment in coal mine is relatively poor.The communication lines to connect each part of the mine interrupted likely to cause traffic accidents.According to the current situation,and combining with characteristic of two-way single lane in Coal Power Co.,Ltd Ximing mine “signal centralization interlocking transportation system” for two-way single lane applied to Ximing Mine was presented and completed in this paper.At present,the system has been popularized and applied by parts of state-owned coal mine.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the design requirements and structure of “signal centralization interlocking transportation system” were analyzed the Coal Power Co.,Ltd Ximing mine as the research background.Functional requirements include transportation automation,locomotive real-time location monitoring,equipment status monitoring display,turnout remote or local control functions and other auxiliary functions.It was pointed out that the system is composed of three subsystems,including locomotive location monitoring system,signal substation system and turnout control system.Secondly,according to the distribution of roadway in Ximing Mine and combined with the demand of locomotive location monitoring function,two kinds of locomotive positioning methods were proposed,which are respectively the location method of RFID radio frequency identification technology and track axis sensing technology.According to the characteristics of the roadway in Ximing Mine a kind of location scheme was put forward and the specific implementation situation and monitoring software interface were introduced.Finally,the hardware and software design of the signal sub-station subsystem based on embedded technology was introduced.In the software,the program flow charts of each task module were drawn,and the respective procedures were provided.The remote turnout control method based on embedded technology was proposed.
