Recently, much attention has been paid to food safety problems because food additive events such as the melamine in the milk, sudan in the pepper and poison bean sprouts happened frequently. So the determination of trace level of drug residues in food is necessary. Considering the shortages of commercial adsorbents for instance the small surface area, poor selectivity and low adsorption capacity, this paper combined the advantages of large surface area of mesoporous materials and selective recognition ability of molecular imprinting technique to prepare new molecularly imprinted organic functionalized mesoporous silica adsorbent(MIOMS-ir). It was applied to the mini-pipette tip solid-phase extraction technique(PT-SPE) to successfully extract and determine the trace level of estradiol in milk.Chapter one: mesoporous materials and organic functionalized mesoporous materials were summarized, especially focused on the synthesis methods and mechanism of mesoporous materials and the methods of organic functionalization.Chapter two: by using the semi-covalent molecular imprinting method and acid catalytic sol-gel technology, molecularly imprinted organic functional mesoporous silica adsorbent was prepared. The reaction conditions of template and functional monomer, the addition amount of inorganic silicon and different template molecules were investigated and molecularly imprinted organic functional mesoporous silica adsorbents were optimized. The specific adsorption performance of these adsorbents were investigated.Chapter three: development of mini-PT-SPE technique by using the prepared molecularly imprinted organic functional mesoporous silica as adsorbent coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD) method to determination of trace level of estradiol in milk samples.
