Special equipment refers to the concerning safety and risk of large boiler, pressure vessel, pressure pipes, elevators, heavy machinery, passenger ropeway, large recreation facilities and field(plant) in a special motor vehicle, the eight equipment collectively. If these devices are not safe to run, it is easy to cause personal harm and property damage accident.Based on the optimization of our country special equipment safety supervision and management system, and more to meet China's today's special equipment safety supervision and management requirements, this paper analyzes the some of the developed countries and regions of special equipment safety supervision and management model, summarize the experience and deficiency, and combining with the practical work, in-depth analysis of Dongying City special equipment safety supervision and management of the status quo and the current safety supervision management practices and the predicament of existence. The countermeasures to optimize our country special equipment safety supervision and management system put forward to lay the foundation.
