Applying the Active Magnetic Bearing(AMB) in horizontal spiral centrifuge instead of rolling bearing can effectively improve the working speed, greatly enhance the separation ability and performance, which has a high value of engineering application. In order to make sure of the safe and reliable operation of the centrifuge rotor system, intensity check and dynamics analysis is essential. Structural optimization based on the analysis can effectively improve the comprehensive performance.Calculated the electromagnetic force Based on the finite element simulation of electromagnetic field in the radial magnetic bearing, verify the maximum bearing capacity satisfied the design requirements.keep external assembly size unchanged, optimized the structure of designed magnetic bearing stator and winding frame structure. As a result, the optimized structure increased the maximum bearing capacity by 11.88%.Based on the finite element method, strength and rigidity of the decanter centrifuge was checked and its dynamic analysis was also carefully applied. In this paper discussed the modeling method of complex assembly structure and analyzed the dual-rotor structure vibration coupling rule. Based on the modal test data, applied the model updating of the machine and obtained a more accurate finite element model.Based on rotor dynamics finite element analysis software, critical speed as well as the dynamic characteristic of the decanter in a dual-rotor structure was analyzed.Based on the separation theory, the relationship between structure of centrifuge and its production capacity was obtained. Optimization process was set in I-SIGHT multi-objective platform which takes strength conditions and natural frequency as constraint and separation capability and production capacity as the goal. After optimization, a better comprehensive performance of the structure was obtained.
