Along with the development of social economy, the project constantly showing new characteristics:complicated engineering quantity, restricted conditions increased, increased the difficulty of technology, various forms of financing, market competition fierce, all of these make the implementation of the project more risk. This prompted the urgent need for risk management in modern engineering projects. Intelligent die-casting Island integrated project is such a class of large integrated research project, urgently needed to introduce risk management mechanism prior to the implementation of the project, identification and analysis of risk factors for the project, reached to a proactive control of the project risk, so that the overall goal of the project to achieve the best.With the help of the theory and method of risk management, to identify and predictable evaluation technology risk, quality risk, management risk, schedule risk, security risk, cost risk, etc.in implementation of integrated intelligent die-casting Island project. In the process of the project risk identification, using the WBS-RBS matrix(Work Breakdown Structure-Risk Breakdown Structure)based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) and Delphi method to identify the risk source, avoiding the disorder risk source identification, providing a more complete and reliable identification. The guarantee for the risk identification of the project; In the process of the project risk assessment, using FMEA(failure mode effect analysis) to find potential problems that may arise prior to the implementation of the project, and improve the success rate of integrated project.Through the elaboration of this thesis, It is proved that the WBS-RBS matrix and FMEA method can effectively control and manage the risk impact of the integration project, especially with the characteristics of the prior prevention. Finally Building up a reliable and practical risk identification and evaluation model for research and development integrated project, paving the way for the smooth implementation of the project.
