Baosteel Construction Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as BSC based on the requirements of the company standard management and promotion efficiency,as well as Baosteel Engineering Technology Group(hereinafter referred to as BSE)centralized control needs,start BSC Informationization Integration Project.The project is to cover the existing business in BSC and BSE standard financial system BEOS sales and procurement at the same time,combined with the characteristics of Baosteel project management,BSC works by revamping the system to meet the needs of the business development of BSC.This project covers the entire production of BSC in the operation and management of the core business;application system integration,the implementation of personnel departments,coordination difficult;there are a lot of technical research and development work,which integrates with ixbus,JAVA and Net development platform docking,increase the difficulty of the project risk management.This paper selects BSC informationization integration project as the research object,elaborated the specific application of the risk management theory in the development of BSC informationization integration project,based on analyzing the basic principle and method of project risk management and collate the collected information on,according to the BSC informationization integration project risk management of the actual needs,the research on risk identification the principle and process,and to analyze and identify the risk factors of BSC informationization integration project,the establishment of the list of risks,so as to study the evaluation and further risk response and control strategy to lay the foundation.Then,based on the risk assessment results,the risk response strategy of BSC informationization integration project is systematically studied,and the risk control measures are put forward,so as to provide guidance for effectively avoiding and controlling risks in the project implementation,in order to ensure the implementation of the project smoothly.
