In the 1920s,the risk management methods were introduced into our country from developed countries such as the United States and Germany.The risk management method is a kind of management method through comprehensively analyzing the risks faced by the enterprises,exploring the ways and means of risk management,making the enterprises financially stable,enhancing the operating efficiency of the enterprises and improving the efficiency of the enterprises.Since the beginning of this century,the rapid development of economy in our country has resulted in a large number of construction projects emerging,but with the attendant increasing market risk,it is necessary for us to strengthen the risk management of construction projects and prevent the construction risks from being reasonable Control of construction projects,construction costs and construction quality,and the effective combination of economy and technology,which not only help to optimize the project investment decisions,but also conducive to the unity of the project design and business philosophy.From the current point of view,the most frequently used means of transformation in the manufacturing industry is to maintain and improve the project.The whole process of this method includes five phases:project establishment,design,procurement,construction and acceptance.At the same time,aiming at the increasingly serious cracking of production equipment in Baosteel for more than 30 years,the project of Baosteel Blast Furnace Gas Refurbishment has been retrofitted with related equipment and played a secondary energy role to effectively reduce production costs.In order to ensure the high quality of the project is completed on schedule,the accident will not occur in the process of transformation and the production needs will be met.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct a comprehensive project risk management research on the project.Based on the related research of project risk management and based on the different phases of blast furnace gas tank overhaul project,combined with the characteristics of gas tank reconstruction project,this paper systematically analyzes the operational status of blast furnace gas system at first.,And then described the blast furnace gas tank overhaul project overview.On this basis,this article made a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors in different stages and put forward corresponding precautions against the most critical risk factors.In this paper,the risk factors of the blast furnace gas tank overhaul project are divided into three categories:time risk,technical risk and safety risk.The AHP method is used to evaluate the risk factors comprehensively and the most critical risk factors are selected.Finally,The combination of specific circumstances of the project put forward effective risk prevention measures to ensure the successful completion of the project and successfully achieve the goal of project reconstruction.
