Luojiang County Atmosphere Pollution Impact Assessment Analysis And Countermeasures

The atmosphere is the basis of human survival, and increasingly serious atmosphere pollution problem has become a global environmental problem. Deyang Luojiang located in the northeast edge of the Chengdu Plain, and it is an important corridor cotton into Germany's economic zone.With the continuous economic development, atmosphere pollution problems have become increasingly prominent. In view of this, through surveys and gathering information, analysis the atmosphere quality of Deyang Luojiang in different years and different seasons, to grasp the status and trends of atmosphere environment to explore the reasons caused by the atmosphere quality change, and to preliminary study of atmospheric pollution caused by the county's impact factor and its prevention measures to improve Deyang Luojiang air pollution has important significance.(1) The annual average concentration of SO2 is decreased year by year in 2013-2015 years, but the annual average concentration of NO2 is increased year after year in 2013-2015 years, moreover, the annual average concentration of PM10 is decline after rising. In 2015, Deyang Luojiang atmospheric quality pollutant load factor were PM10>NO2>SO2, and it is beginning to show the composite characteristics of dust pollution and vehicle exhaust pollution.(2) The per month average concentration of SO2 have shown higher in winter than in summer in 2013-2014 years, and the per month average concentration of NO2 have shown higher in winter than in summer in 2013-2015 years, and the per month average concentration of PM10 have shown higher in spring and winter than in summer and autumn in 2013-2015 years. The monthly trends of per month average API and the per month average concentration of PM10 are the same, and it shown that Deyang Luojiang currently the primary pollutant is PM10 and atmosphere pollution mainly to dust contamination.(3) The highest pollution index of SO2, NO2and PM10 appear winter in 2013-2015 years. Moreover, PM10 pollution index were higher than the SO2 and NO2 pollution index. Calculated using comprehensive pollution index method derived, the P value of part of the month of spring and winter more than one, belong to III grade level, lightly polluted air. However, from the point of view throughout the year, the P value between 0.50-0.99 in 2013-2015 years, belong to ? grade level, the atmosphere is still clean.(4)Deyang Luojiang atmospheric environment quality factors include natural and human factors:natural factors include topography and meteorological factors; human factors include irrational industrial structure and energy structure, the rapid growth of the number of city vehicles, urban ecological environment is fragile.(5)Deyang Luojiang for atmospheric pollution control proposed countermeasures: adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure and energy structure; motor vehicle pollution prevention and control; accelerate the construction of urban greening, good ecological protection; integrated management of nonpoint source pollution; improve monitoring and early warning and emergency response system, and strengthen joint prevention and control.
