With the development of economy and society, the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas of our country is formed. The destruction of farmers' production and life to the natural environment is becoming increasingly prominent.People are more and more aware of the importance and urgency of protecting the natural environment.Among them,Atmospheric pollution is one of the most common types of pollution in rural areas, which is easy to spread, difficult to control and has great impact.Tianjin, located in the center of North China,is an important economic center and megacity in the north of China. The Beijing Tianjin Hebei Urban Agglomeration is the most serious Atmospheric pollution area in China. The air environment in rural areas of Tianjin is also deeply affected, which shows that the overall situation of Atmospheric pollution is severe, especially in winter.PM2.5 and PM10 are the main pollutants. All kinds of combustion pollution are the main types of local Atmospheric pollution. The combustion of domestic fuel and open burning are the main sources of combustion pollutants. In view of the current situation of Atmospheric pollution,a series of control measures have been taken in rural areas of Tianjin, including combustion pollution control, mainly including coal burning ban and open burning control.Statistics show that the local atmospheric environment and air quality have been effectively improved through continuous years of governance.Farmers in rural areas of Tianjin generally have a certain understanding of the overall situation of local Atmospheric pollution, and affirmed the pollution control work in recent years, but the degree of cognition and satisfaction need to be further improved.Through indepth investigation and analysis,it is found that the subjective willingness of farmers to participate in combustion pollution control is not strong, which limits the implementation effect of relevant measures, and to a certain extent, has an impact on Atmospheric pollution control. In this paper, based on the survey data of farmers, using the methods of quantitative analysis and descriptive analysis, the influencing factors of farmers' willingness to participate in coal-burning ban and open-air combustion control measures are analyzed respectively. The results show that farmers' willingness to participate will be affected by measures publicity, farmers' expenditure and income, scientific and effective measures and implementation. That is to say, scientific and effective pollution control measures can significantly improve the willingness of farmers to participate through full publicity and effective implementation while the cost of living remains unchanged or has been reduced.According to this phenomenon,in order to further enhance the willingness of farmers to participate,we need to strengthen measures publicity, government guidance, financial support, and improve policy implementation,so as to improve the effect of pollution control, improve the atmospheric environment, and achieve green development.
