The deep drawing process is a main practice for sheet metal forming.Parts manufactured by this way have been widely used in aerospace,automobile an electronics owing to their light weight,great interchangeability and low cost.Traditional design for deep drawing process often depends on the engineers'experience,so repeated debugging for different parameters seems to be inevitable.With the development of computer and simulation,finite element method(FEM)has been applied in deep drawing problems.But as three nonlinear problems are included,simulation of this process is still difficult.So there are both theoretic and practical values to seek for an optimization method base on FEM to find optimum processing parameters.According to this article research the artifacts-rectangular box and the characteristics of the actual machining process,established the finite element model of rectangular parts forming analysis,using the general dynamic explicit calculation algorithm realizes the computer simulation of the forming process of parts machining,the machining process can be solved effectively the china-africa continuous quasi static problem The finite element software DYNAFORM is used to analyze the forming process of rectangular parts,the influence of virtual velocity of punch?edge pressing force?friction state?mold shape on the shape and accuracy of rectangular parts is studied,in particular convex?concave die fillet radius,amore comprehensive exploration of the drawing of the box shaped crack and wrinkling problems.1.Forming limit diagram take the analysis results show that the rectangular box of a corner four angles compressive stress at the bottom of the largest;Long and short while center minimum compressive stress;Cloud thickness change results show that the concave mould billet thickening reached 10%,at the entrance there is wrinkling in the danger zone.2.Under certain technological conditions,punch stamping speed,blank holder force and friction coefficient has no effect on sheet metal forming wrinkle simulation results.3.Rectangular box deep drawing,punch radius and die radius have bigger influence on the sheet metal forming wrinkle;Die radius increases,the wrinkling trend is increased while drawing,die radius reduced rectangular wall rupture trend increases;Punch radius reduced hours,four corners at the bottom of the rectangle prone to rupture.In this paper the experimental condition,the punch radius and die radius are optimal for 6 mm.4.Rectangular box deep drawing,the rectangular corner radius increased from 6 mm to 12 mm,rectangular sheet metal thinning rate in constant decreases,and fully in within 20%of the safety line;At the same time sheet thickening rate first increases and then change,when rc is 6 mm,the thickening rate in 8.6%of the safety line.
