Five-axis linkage machine tool as the impeller,vane,Marine propeller,heavy generator rotor,turbine rotor,the only means of large diesel engine crankshaft and other surface processing,is a dedicated to high-tech content,high precision machining complex curved surface of machine tools.The country's aviation,aerospace,military,scientific research,precision instruments,such as high precision medical equipment industry has a decisive influence.This thesis mainly is to design the part of five-axis linkage machine tool electrical.On the basis of past experience of CNC milling machine design,detailed understanding of the structure of machine tool parts and the needs of users,choose 840 D SL numerical control system,CNC parts of nc machine tool selection and connection.And according to the requirements of the technical agreement and the electrical specification of the machine tool to plan the whole circuit,in accordance with the requirements for machine t ool use and selection of various components of machine tools,electrical standard technical capacity size and configuration design electric cabinet.On 840 D SL numerical control type,introduced the advantages of 840 D SL,why choose motor are analyzed in d etail and applied in numerical control,numerical control system software is introduced and a complete selection and swaying homemade CNC milling head connection.After the machine installation place,describe in detail the energization inspection,configuration machine-driven configuration and axis parameters.After the machine is switched on and driven by PLC and commissioning,to ensure normal and stable operation of the machine can be connected to the machine part and the electrical part of the selection for verification.Ensure normal and stable operation of the machine,then the accuracy of the machine to compensate and safety inspection,to ensure high precision and stability of the five-axis machine tools.Five-axis milling machine based on 840 d SL system part of the electrical design and research,greatly improve the level of the design and manufacturing of CNC machine in our country,for our country put forward the "made in China 2025" makes a contribution.
