Skarn-mineral deposit belongs to the complicated hydro-geological conditions of the large water flow karst mine,in order to ensure the smooth mining of this kind deposit,curtain grouting technology is widely used in reinforcing the mine waterproof.Generally because grout curtain cost too much,it will bring great cost pressure to mines.Linihu Coopper-Iron Mine,located in Daye in Hubei Province,belongs to typical skarn deposit.The upper marble was locally damaged in the early course of the exploitation,the karst water in the marble rock flowed into the mine,leading ore body cannot be exploited.On the basis of synthetic analysis of hydro-geological conditions of the mining area,we analyzed and found out the mining area of the position main runoff channel in accordance with the three-dimensional intersection relationship of mine marble karst distribution and mine faults tectonic fracture zone,and combined with a period information of the grouting hole drilling and geophysical data;we put up with the curtain optimization program for the premise of greatly blocking off the main flow channel;we use themining engineering software 3Dmine to make the three-dimensional visualization of the aquifer,the fault zone and the curtain of the mining area,providing the basis for the later grouting hole layout;at the same time,we used groundwater numerical simulation software Visual Modflow to establish the mining area groundwater seepage model,through the analysis and comparison of the existed curtain and the optimization of the groundwater seepage field changes to determine the effectiveness of the optimization curtain;finally,by comparing the variations of the water inflow in front and at the back of the mine pits,we can further verify the effectiveness of curtain optimization.By means of "directional grouting,partly curtain",grouting in mainmine runoff channels.To form the strengthened curtain wall in the local area can not only rapidly close the mine main permeable channels,but also can significantly reduce the length of the curtain line,raising the effect and economicof thecurtain.with the minimal investment,the most directly effective method to reduce mine water inrush,thereby reducing the hazard of mine water inrush,so as to ensure the safety of mine production.
