With the rapid development of information science and technology and predictive control technology,enterprise informatization and the influence of model predictive control for all walks of life increasingly deepening,promote the sharp change of all walks of life,and accelerate the development of the metallurgical industry are the most affected.Quality prediction model is a kind of base on the quality of model predictive control algorithm.The Benxi iron and steel(group)co.,LTD coking plant belongs to metallurgical industry,this thesis mainly discusses the plant based on coke quality prediction model of coking coal blending technology research and application.This thesis export "coking coal blending optimization technique based on coke quality predictive model" used of "model-based predictive control" by introducing a thought of predictive control,realize the whole process of coking coal blending production streamline,informationization,scientific management,improve work efficiency,optimize the management process,effectively reduce the cost of coke.Research based on mathematical statistics,this thesis the modern computer analysis of the single kind of coal properties and coal blending ratio and predict the coal quality,and then forecast the quality of industrial production of coke,and the ratio of formation model of simulated evolutionary algorithm to generate and use coal plan optimization algorithm,and PHP MySQL database management work together.The core issue of research:on the basis of expert knowledge and the prediction model to predict the coke quality,at a specified ratio under the coke quality requirements of generation and coal plan optimization.Firstly,this thesis introduces the status quo of domestic enterprise information and predictive control technology development,system development background,purpose and significance,and the use of technology development.The prediction technology is the premise and foundation of all the work,the inversion calculation is to obtain the optimal ratio and the best plan with coal and eventually achieve key quality control and cost reduction.This system with the support of expert knowledge and experience,using the latest research achievements in mathematics and computer science,selected on the basis of simulated evolutionary algorithm,combined with coal blending coking plant production north camp,coking plant design north camp for coking coal blending technology route of simulated evolutionary algorithm.Then,according to the demand of the system with emphasis on the design and implementation of the system.Finally,the paper through the study of the comprehensive test of system is pointed out that the deficiency of existing in the system,and the final results of system for objective assessment.
