Research On The Project Schedule And Control About The 3# Continuous Casting Machine Of SG Company

The thesis takes the new casting apparatus project of the SG Corporation as the research object.Combined with project management,planning and supervision,and based on the critical path and the time-cost-progress optimization formula,the thesis focuses on how to achieve rational project progress planning and supervision,through which an effective and orderly establishment of the project can be supported.Since most investments projects in steel enterprises are generally complicated and have larger investment magnitudes,long construction periods,complex operation procedures,more supporting facilities and have become more systematized,it would have a significant impact on the economical benefit of the enterprises whether the investment project can be smoothly implemented.Especially in the recent years,during China's transformation from being a major country in steel industry into a powerful nation,importing high technology and advanced apparatus,breaking through the bottle-neck of development and achieve an increase in overall strength of the enterprises have now become an important means for domestic steel enterprises in achieving leap-forward developments in the present stage of time.Regarding the newly constructed 3#casting apparatus project,conducting a research over the progress project controlling and completing the rational planning and effective control over overall project progress has significant importance on establishing scientific and efficient project progress supervision system for similar domestic enterprises,enriching methods for project management in steel enterprises,strengthening the control and supervision over the total process of the establishment of the project,and supervising engineering projects with systematic ways and increase the level of project management.First of all,this thesis will introduce this specific project and project progress management theory,define the project progress and controlling method on the basis of the demand,analyze the main factors that could disturb the project progress supervision,clarify the technical definition of the Internet project,and discuss over the research about according project supervision analysis methods.Secondly,on the basis that the whole situation over the casting machine project and its procedures has been clarified,this thesis will finish the overall planning by using the systematic ideology,determine the project progress and control the demand for supervision.Thirdly,using the methods,such as resource constraint and planning Internet diagram,this thesis will draft the project progress plan and optimization analysis,and finish the project's time-cost progress optimization plan by generally analyzing varieties of disturbing factors,such as working hours,expectation and limited resources.Finally,according the demand for the casting machine project,this thesis will finish the dynamic supervision,controlling over the project and cost and comparative analysis.
