Along with the social progress and economic development in our country,the development of iron and steel industry is advancing by leaps and bounds in the new century.All steel enterprises are carrying out a large number of construction technical transformation projects without exception.The maj or management technology project management as of nineteenth Century began to develop,although its management philosophy at home and abroad,some large and medium-sized high-tech enterprises has been applied,but in the iron and steel capital,resources and technology intensive industries,the application of special tools and advanced concept is still in the exploratory stage.Although the project management technology used in many iron and steel enterprises to implement in the construction project process,but in the actual project to carry out extensive management,project plan and the actual gap between issues still exist in the process of mining,did not reflect the true meaning of project management in.This article takes Baosteel four sintering flue gas denitrification technical transformation project as an example,and focuses on the research of the project progress management through the application of the concept,tools and methods of project management.The technical modification project of four sintering flue gas denitrification in Baoshan Iron and steel company covers four stages of design,equipment procurement,construction and completion acceptance,which has the characteristics of large amount of investment,many projects,complex construction,high construction quality requirements and high urgency of construction and transportation,especially for the project progress,so the progress management is The key problems to be solved in the four sintering flue gas purification project of Baoshan Iron and steel company need to be used with the aid of the advanced advanced project management theory and excellent case practice,integrating the existing knowledge system and absorbing,innovating and developing relevant knowledge and methods to effectively apply the project to the project management.In this paper,by analyzing the characteristics of the three sintering flue gas purification project in Baosteel,the structure decomposition of the project and the estimation of the activity time are carried out.Based on this,the network map of the project's double code schedule is drawn.In the study,the preparation of the project schedule and the time adjustment of the project have used the key route method,and the Microsoft Project software is used to draw the Gantt chart of the project schedule.Finally,the paper describes the dynamic tracking and control of the project progress during the construction process,and expounds the control and adjustment measures to ensure the project activities to be carried out according to the plan.The last part of the paper summarizes the practice of the application of progress management in the four sintering flue gas denitrification technical renovation project,and looks forward to the popularization and application of the project management technology in the future sintering plant flue gas treatment and modification projects.
