SDAS Group is an enterprise engaged in research,development and commercialization of innovative drugs and biomarkers for domestic and foreign markets.SDAS Rongcheng production base AY tablet production line construction project is Rongcheng government key support construction project,in the context of pharmaceutical reform,generic drug consistency evaluation,flight inspection normalization,how to complete the construction or transformation of plant or production line as soon as possible;how to open the whole process of new drug research and development to market.Under the influence of its complexity,environmental uncertainty and other factors,how to ensure that the progress of the project can meet the requirements of the new Drug Administration Law and GMP becomes a new subject and challenge for SDAS enterprise management.A according to the specific situation of the construction project,according to the comprehensive selection of the combination of WBS and network planning technology,the thesis finds out the key overall goal and the most important part of the project schedule management of AY tablet production line.Then select important key chain techniques to improve the progress of new projects.In the whole process of project implementation,according to the implementation of the construction schedule,the key methods and steps of construction schedule manipulation are formulated,and the construction schedule is dynamically tested through daily inspection and timely inspection.The construction schedule management method,according to the applied improved key chain method,specially guide SDAS company to select scientific methods in the project construction of AY tablet production line to adjust resource allocation,reduce resource conflict,realize resource scheduling and optimal allocation among activities within the project,in addition to new projects as specified in the GMP,production planning and upgrading equipment can be arranged to improve the overall efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises and enhance market competitiveness.Therefore,through improving the research of key chain,this paper has certain guiding role and practical significance to improve the project risk management level and management level of pharmaceutical enterprises.In the graduation thesis,the detailed guarantee system is formulated from the aspects of organization construction,GMP quality assurance,fund support management and so on,and the reasonable implementation of construction schedule management method is completed,thus the construction schedule management is realized,and the goal has been completed.According to the method of schedule planning and control,the schedule management method of various systems can be improved,the management ability of construction schedule can be improved effectively,and the allocation and control of project manager during construction period can be improved.It also provides reference for the implementation of similar project schedule management in drug production period.
