Project schedule planning and control is the core content of project management.The quality of project management is directly related to the success or failure of the project.At the same time,the rationality of construction plan arrangement is very important.Whether it can be completed according to plan directly affects the investment income of the project and the construction cost of the construction unit.The construction schedule according to the best construction period,can make the construction enterprise produce more economic benefits within a reasonable time,so that the planned construction period of the construction project will be delivered and used,and the investment will be recovered as early as possible within the scheduled time limit.The method of the project schedule preparation includes the key path method and the Gantt map method,among which the key path method can better reflect the logical relationship between the various tasks.The progress plan preparation method adopted in this paper is the key path method.The preparation of the progress plan must first decompose the task structure of the project,determine the work content and work list,then find out the key path,and estimate the total duration.If the total duration can not meet the progress requirements,it is necessary to adjust the construction period optimization in a timely manner.The final schedule must meet the requirements of the duration.This paper intends to analyze,summarize,collate and sum up the scientific theory of the whole life cycle management process of the project through the principle of dynamic control of progress from the point of view of dynamics.The first chapter of the paper mainly expounds the concepts of project management and project construction organization design.The second chapter mainly expounds the principle,dynamic control method,and significance of progress control of the progress plan.The third chapter mainly describes the current status of the Xianning Development Zone project.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the composition of the progress plan system and the principles for the preparation of the progress plan based on the actual project progress management case.Analyze the main factors and risk sources that may affect the progress plan,and finalize the progress plan.The fifth chapter mainly expounds the dynamic management method of progress control based on actual cases,including the reasons for the progress deviation in the project,how to correct the deviation through tools and methods,and adjust the construction schedule plan.
