Energy as an integral part of the process of modernization of important materials,it can be said that the energy and national economic development’s relationship are closely.In recent years,Chinese economic developing faster and faster it can be said that this moment China has been one of the fastest developing areas in the world,but with the development of economy oil supply and demand has become an outstanding problem.The relative shortage of domestic oil situation,our country has to spend a lot of foreign exchange on importing crude oil each year to make up for the shortage of domestic oil,according to related department forecast,with the country’s development and the increasing demand for oil,Chinese oil gap will accounted for more than 60%of total consumption in 2020.In such a situation,Chinese oil industry which relies on oil and other raw materials for industrial development will be greatly restricted.In front of this situation,our country and even other foreign countries have begun to focus on the development of new oil resources and the search for alternatives to petroleum products,including oil shale with the development of oil alternatives gained attention at home and abroad.The current exploration data shows that,compared to oil resources,our country’s oil shale reserves have considerable wealth,and the direct use of proven oil shale reserves to approximately more than 100 billion tons.But Chinese processing of oil shale technology still has imperfections,so we study Taciuk retort furnace temperature control system,for the development of the oil shale processing technology has long-term significance.In this paper,we base the Taciuk retort furnace applications in the actual production of a large state-owned enterprises on our study.Retort furnace process for Taciuk elaborate system of Taciuk retort furnace temperature control system conducted in deep research.Whole article is cited in routine control of single-loop PID control and cascade PID control Taciuk retort furnace temperature control system is described in detail,which focuses on this part of the Cascade PID control is applied when the temperature control system,how to select the master object and vice control object.Through extra research on the analysis of Taciuk retort process,the combustion air supply amount control parameter is determined as retorting process.Through research and analysis we not only come to Taciuk retort furnace temperature control system with inertia and lag,but also difficult to obtain a precise mathematical model has the characteristics for the above situation,this article follows the Cascade PID control while introducing fuzzy control is applied to Taciuk dry distillation furnace temperature control system,constitute fuzzy PID controller tuning system main control loop PID parameters,so that not only the PID controller to maintain strong adaptability and the advantages of simple structure,but also realize the PID controller parameters on-line adjustment of oil shale retorting process model parameter change has better adaptability.Finally,we used the application software for temperature control system Matlab simulation experiments,by the fuzzy PID control with the traditional cascade PID control comparison,we have come to the fuzzy PID control system can achieve the desired temperature in a short time;peak variation is small;reach time is greatly reduced and stable after the conclusion without oscillation phenomena.Eventually we come in dynamic response,anti-interference ability and adaptive ability of fuzzy PID controller has a good advantage.
