In the air separation unit,the molecular sieve purification device is the important device which filters the water,carbon dioxide and some hydrocarbons and other impurities in the air to ensure the safety of air separation distillation system.Because of its role in air separation system,the design and research of the domestic and foreign various air separation equipment enterprises of molecular sieve purification system are continuously deepening and perfection,From the equipment structure and system control,there are a lot of improvement,air impurities in the molecular sieve after gradually improved,good foundation for the distillation of air play,also to better ensure the safety and stable operation of the equipment system;however,in the actual operation,still exist such problems,such as molecular sieve carbon content after two oxygen exceed the standard,deposited in the low temperature heat exchanger equipment caused the pipeline valve plug,purification regeneration system control defects lead into the tower to fluctuation resulting in crude argon column nitrogen plug,we need in the actual production of continuous improvement and optimization.In this thesis,For correcting shortcomings of the air separation equipment in the actual operation of molecular sieve carbon dioxide content does not meet the requirements of the problem,through the analysis of purification regeneration system of various factors influence on molecular sieve,molecular sieve were modified and optimized operation,carbon dioxide content was normal and stable.Use CENTUM CS3000 distributed control system,design and Implement the purification and regeneration optimal control of molecular sieve.Practical operation show that optimal control measure and improve the efficiency of molecular sieve purification equipment,equipment is safe,stable,brought considerable economic and social benefits.All these studies is based on the process technology transform of molecular sieve purification system of 35000Nm3/h air separation unit of the department of oxygen operation,Shougang Co.,Ltd.
