In this paper,first of all,the feasibility of various methods of process hazard analysis(PHA)in the production process of the explosive and its products was dissused,the hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)and protection layer analysis(LOPA)and other methods of process hazards analysis were introduced into the field of explosive production to carry out the research about the process safety management of the production process of explosive and its productsSecondly,the spray drying process was analyzed by HAZOP-LOPA,HAZOP analysis identified 158 deviations and proposed improvement measures,from the analysis of the results,the "drying" node has more dangerous deviations.In view of the node,the"installation of sprinkler equipment","installation of wall pressure sensor" and other measures were proposed.Then choose 8 deviations from "drying" node as the initial scenes of LOPA semi quantitative analysis,the LOPA analysis results showed that after the risk reduction function of the existing independent protective layers,the risk is in the acceptable range.Finally,the manufacturing process of solid propellant was studied by using HAZOP and a method for quantitative analysis of explosives and its products--BZA.HAZOP analysis identified 74 deviations and peoposed improvement measures.According to the analysis results and historical data,the "rolling" and "compression" two nodes were found have more dangerous deviations.In view of the nodes,the "temperature high alarm","material import and export traffic monitoring"and other measures were proposed.Then use the BZA method for quantitative analysis,the analysis results showed that the two nodes are in medium risk and major risk level respectively,head office or group level rectification is needed.The PHA analysis results of the process of explosive and its products showed that these three methods can complement each other and analyse the safety of the production process of explosives and its products from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative,laying a solid foundation for safe production.
