More and more attention has been paid to the safety of chemical enterprises.Reducing the risk of petrochemical accidents and reducing the losses caused by disasters,implementing the concept of intrinsic safety design in the engineering design phase of the project,systematically identifying,analyzing and managing the hazards in the production process of the enterprise,strengthening the safety management of the process and improving the level of the safety management of the process,so as to solve the frequent accidents in the chemical plant.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the device.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper uses HAZOP and LOPA methods to evaluate the safety risk of CO Shift unit of Ningbo A Company's J project.First,HAZOP analysis method was used to identify the possible deviations in the process design,determine the causes of the deviations,and analyze the consequences of the deviations.Secondly,based on the deviations indicated by HAZOP analysis,LOPA analysis is used to identify current protection layers,analyze the risk,and determine the risk level based on the risk.At last,the overall idea of process design risk control is elaborated,and suggestions for process design risk control are put forward from the aspects of both technology and economic comparison.Through the practice of this paper,it is shown that in the process of project implementation,the safety risk of petrochemical project can be reduced to an acceptable level,by thorough and systematic hazard analysis and implementation of risk control measures,realizing the goal of safety management of project engineering design.
