With the development of computer science and artificial intelligence,jacquard CAD technology applies to textile industry is aimed at automatization and intelligence prospect.This paper designed a complete set of jacquard CAD system.This system integrated the woven photograph color mixing algorithm and introduced vectorization and multi-layer technology for jacquard image editing.This paper proposed a whole new set of color woven photographs color mixing algorithms applied to the design of color woven photographs,studied the color mixing theory's application for the design of color woven photographs and mixed several yarn colors as primary colors to get hundreds of thousands of different colors.This paper solved the problem that only weft yarns can be used to show colors and the problem of yarns' extrusion in the woven photograph CAD color separation technology,and fully automated the process of color woven photographs' designs.Compared to the woven photograph CAD color separation technology,the number of colors is 25%more,the memory usage reduced from 4GB to 1GB and the calculation speed increased by 30 times.And these algorithms do not depend on GPU.They can finish a calculation of a one-thousand-pixed bitmap in less than 10 seconds on a personal computer.This paper also proposed a method of yarn colors' automatic selection,solved the problem of yarn colors' selection by analyzing the hue information of jacquard images in HSV color space,and achieved the functionality of yarn colors' automatic selection.Meanwhile,this paper proposed a vectorization algorithm applies to jacquard images,and solved the problem of jacquard images' segmentation and description by using vector outlines to divide jacquard images into regions.Then different organization structures can be used to the jacquard image's different regions and the textiles will present different textures.This paper also studied the multi-layer technology's application for image editing so that the process of jacquard image could be used many times which reduced the repetition rate of the designer's work.This paper achieved all the functions above in Windows environment.The system was programmed by C++.Application development framework Qt and Graphics Device Interface GDI+ was introduced to support the development by their 2D graphics libraries.
