In this paper,the matrix film was developed by using ethyl cellulose as the main film-forming material and dim-ethyl phthalate as the plasticizers,emulsifier OP-10 as the emulsifier,paraffin wax as waterproofing agent.There were four types of vapor phase inhibitors :cyclohexylamine carbonate(CHC),1H-BenzotriazoLe(BTA),dimethyl imidazole(DMI),dicyclohexylamine nitrite(VPI-260).A new stripping voltaic anti-rust plastic was developed by ethyl cellulose fluid which was made of the matrix fluid adding corrosion inhibitor,and this corrosion inhibitor was one vapor phase inhibitor or making them mixed or compounding with the corrosion inhibitor,and through its anti-rust performance testing,we studied the application of vapor phase corrosion inhibitor in ethyl cellulose anti-rust solution.By testing the tensile properties test,the stripping test,electron microscopy test of the matrix film,the best ratio was identified: ethyl cellulose 10 g,xylene 40 mL,ethanol20 mL,dimethyl phthalate 3 mL,emulsifier OP-10 1 mL,L paraffin wax 1.5 mL,and the developed matrix film was smooth,transparent,and it also has good sealing performance,good stripping performance and good tensile properties.Through tested the best ratio to testing the damp heat test,acid and salt immersion test,the best ratio was identified,and the testing result showed that the developed stripping voltaic anti-rust plastics had a good resistance to acid and salt fog resistance,saline immersion resistance and heat resistance.
